Shipping

All products will be shipped "Signature Required Courier" with Fastway Couriers. For rural deliveries and PO boxes we use NZ Post tracked.

Shipping costs are $10 for orders under a total value of $250, orders over the value of $250 will be shipped for free!

We ship your order from our warehouse in Whangarei and goods will be shipped usually the same day that payment is received but within 2 business days at the latest.

Please contact us for all shipments out of NZ for rates and possibilities !!

We are not responsible for international shipped items in case of customs and other country specific regulations in the country of destination.

Returns

We are not going to mince the words here, we hate returns. It is our priority to ship you exactly what you ordered. In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item or your shipment is damaged please contact us within 7 days so that we can take care of it. We can ensure that we do our best to have happy customers and that that everybody can enjoy our great product range of coppercookware and knives.
