Loading... Please wait...Tojiro is a well known Japanese knife manufacturer located in Tsubame Sanjo in the Niigata prefecture, a town with a long history in making knives and swords.
We have three ranges from Tojiro, the DP series, the Flash series and the MV series.
The DP series has a three layer blade with a cobalt alloy steel core and two outside layers of 13 chrome stainless steel. This series of knives is used in professional kitchens because of its sharpness, durability and rust resistance.

All blades are hand grinded by experienced craftsmen.

The Flash series is a multi-layer knife made out of high quality damascus steel. The core layer is cobalt alloy steel and the outer layers are alternate low and high carbon stainless steel. The smaller knives have 37 layers and the medium and large sized knives have 63 layers. This elegant pattern is proof of a forged blade and the unique handle is designed for ergonomical use.

The MV Series is made out of Molybdenum Vanadium steel. It is an easy care knife because of high rust resistance. The handles are made out of oak wood with a resin collar.
