17 Layer VG10 Damascus Santoku Knife with a 185mm blade.
These knives are very popular for their design and cutting performance. The layer is stainless VG10 steel clad in 17 layers of stainless steel. The hammer finish (Tsuchime) helps that food is not sticking to the blade. The handles are made out of Mahogany wood. The knife is full tang with a stainless steel bolster.
