Description
Elegancia SG2 Petty Knife with a 150mm blade.
Elegancia knives are made by Suncraft in Seki, one of the traditional knife making centers in the Gifu Prefecture.
The blade has a SG2 powder metal core layer clad with “san-mai” cladding, the core has a layer of steel on each side.SG2 steel is well known for sharpness and edge retention.
These knives have a very innovative design and are a real eye-catcher. The handles are made out of walnut coloured pakka wood and the the bolster is lead free brass.
The 150mm petty knife if a great utility knife and often used by people with smaller hands as their main knife.
