Katsuyasu Kamo VG-10 Damascus Gyuto Knife with a 210mm blade.
This range has a quite unique handle made out of laminated oak wood and also has a stainless steel bolster for extra protection. The blade is made out of a VG10 core and is hammer forged with out layers of stainless steel in a beautiful damascus pattern. It feels very comfortable and is a bit longer than the 210 for those who need that extra bit of length.
