Minamoto Kanemasa Gyuto with a 210mm blade.
This series has blades made out of high carbon NKS32 steel which provides an excellent edge retention. They can be also sharpened to a nice angle and provide excellent value for an entry level high carbon steel knife. They are not stainless and need to be cleaned and dried after use and maybe occasionally oiled with tsubaki oil or any other vegetable oil. They are full tang with a welded bolster which gives the plywood grip a good long lasting grip. Made in Seki.
