The Rainbow Knives from Master Saji are truly pieces of art and quite a few people say they are the most beautiful knives in the world. Mr Saji has his workshop in Takefu and he does a lot of interesting knives. Each knife is entirely hand made and because of the high quality of his unique products the waiting time is now several years. For the knife here he uses Aogami Steel for the core and then forges exotic materials like copper and brass into the several layers. The size and the weight can slightly differ from knife to knife because of the individuality of his products.The handle is made out of desert ironwood and each knife comes in a representative wooden box.
