The Tanaka Aogami Damascus range is made by Mr. Shigeki Tanaka in Miki Japan. All knives are hand-forged using carbon Aogami 2 steel which is one of the most popular carbon steels in the knife industry. These knife hold a very sharp edge and are relatively easy to re-sharpen. The octagonal traditional Japanese handle is made out of walnut wood.
Each knife comes in a very nice wooden box!!
