Tojiro Basic Set with the 165mm Santoku knife and the 135mm Petty knife.
The Tojiro Basic are the new entry level knives from Tojiro. It even comes with a VG10 steel core clad in Chrome13 steel so the core layer is made out of high quality steel which you usually find in a lot pricier knives. They are reasonably easy to sharpen for the hardness of the steel and they are overall durable and very affordable knives. The handle is made out of reinforced laminated wood and is almost full tang secured with three rivets.
The set comes in a blue cardboard box.
