Tojiro Shirogami Deba knife with a 120mm blade.
If you are looking for a beefy knife with a bit of weight don’t look further. A solid single bevel knife for right handed use. The blades are made out of high carbon Shirogami steel forged together with soft iron. Shirogami steel is reactive so please keep the knives dry and oil the blade from time to time. The handles are made out of oak wood with a resin bolster.
