Tojiro Shirogami Sashimi knife with a 300mm blade for left handed use.
The Shirogami series was picked by us to provide left handed user a single bevel knife. Both knives in this range are not suitable for right handed people. The blades are made out of high carbon Shirogami steel forged together with soft iron. Shirogami steel is reactive so please keep the knives dry and oil the blade from time to time. The handles are made out of oak wood with a resin bolster.
