Tojiro Shirogami Tako Sashimi knife with a 270mm blade.
The blades are made out of high carbon Shirogami steel forged together with soft iron. Shirogami steel is reactive so please keep the knives dry and oil the blade from time to time. The handles are made out of oak wood with a resin bolster. The Takohiki was originally designed to process octopus but can be used for all other fish as well
