Description
Tsubaki (camellia) oil is the perfect oil for maintaining high carbon steel knives, it was used for protecting Samurai swords.
Clean and dry your knife and use a few drops of the oil on both sides of the blade and then wipe the blade with a clean cloth. Before you use the knife again remove the remaining oil. Tsubaki oil won’t get rancid.
