Yoshimi Kato SG2 Damascus Nakiri Knife with a 165mm blade
Yoshimi Kato is from the Kato Family, his father is a very well known master blacksmith. He has his workshop at the Takefu Knife Village in Fukui where a lot of high end knives come from. The knife is stunningly beautiful, a darker damascus cladding and a SG2 powder metal steel core. The knives are very light and razor sharp. The octagon handle is made out of a lighter colour rosewood with a pakka wood ferrule.
