Yoshimi Kato VG10 Nickel Damascus Santoku Knife with a 170mm blade
Yoshimi Kato is from the Kato Family, his father is a very well known master blacksmith. He has his workshop at the Takefu Knife Village in Fukui where a lot of high end knives come from. The knife is an eye-catcher with the dark Nickel Damascus blade. The knives are light and razor sharp. The long lasting handle is made out of red pakka wood and the blade has a full tang.
