The knives will be sharpened on Japanese waterstones to bring the blade back to glory!
I had intensive training in Tsubame Sanjo by blacksmith Tomoo Matsumura who showed me how to deal with different steels and shapes.
The service costs $30 incl the return postage (tracked) and includes “normal” sharpening. If the knife is heavily chipped or has a broken tip please send me a photo first to discuss the options. Most knives can be rebuilt…..
